You're not getting it are you

Your post is going on about Boothroyd and how the first team responded to him. As youth coach he didn't work with the first team, he left as there was a better opportunity elsewhere and the club were disappointed to see him leave. If the players purely responded to him then we wouldn't have gone up as this was in 2003.

As for players, I'm not adverse to letting the likes of Holt and Edworthy go if their replacements are better quality. That hasn't happened, the loan players are not much better and that's why we are where we are because Worthy could always rely on a solid back four, without that he has nothing.
