I think that most people would agree that we performed well

against Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal, better than last season in the sense that we were putting them under pressure rather than trying just to keep them out. Ironically, Hughton went for the win against both Chelsea and the Arse and we got sucker punched.

Villa at home - Guzan widely acclaimed as MotM
Swansea at home - Hit bar, good saves from Vorm

If you add in some of the games where we have played well and won that is quite a few "performances" over the season as a whole.
