Watching the highlights made me more convinced we would stay up

The performance was pretty decent apart from the individual errors. I can see why they were clapped off by the fans who attended. If we can play like that for the rest of the season, especially against the teams around us, we will stay up.

The fact we did not score more was not down to the players, just thin margins and some exceptional goalkeeping. I was reading a Welsh newspaper story yesterday which said that Marshall is their player of the season so far. Had three outstanding games this season two against Norwich and 1 against Spurs.

I think that the frustration comes from the lack of goals (which everyone acknowledges, including the players and Hughton) and the fact that good performances have not been turned into winning result.
