Some staff will be required to change roles from sititng behind a desk all day to being on their feet mixing with the public?

(Probably an over-simplified viewpoint, but as a non-Londoner that's about as much interest as I take in it. If the argument is different then the Unions haven't got their message across as well as TFL has!)
