We've seen the club struggle like this before.Changes must start NOW...

It simply can not go on like this,with the manager and the board ignoring the seriousness of our situation and just HOPING that things will turn around,but not having a genuine plan or the means to do so.

The players have lost the respect of the manager,and the board know it.Yet they compound the problem by publicly backing him,making it hard,if not impossible,to implement any changes.

I respect what NW and Delia have done for this club for the most part,but that is now in the past.The present is anything but respectable and the future does not even bear thinking about under this current regime.

I have no idea as to whom a decent replacement would be,that is the job of the board to decide that.But new blood is definitely needed right now.Whoever comes in will have a different perspective,and that is something that we need in truckloads right now.

Think about it seriously,Nigel.You could drop down to a club even two divisions below and have a relatively stress free job,and still make five times as much as us working class peeps.You would be doing yourself and the club a favour.
