Do you not understand

that blame can reside with more than one person? It resides in a lot of places but... because he is involved in all aspects of the football operation then clearly a significant part of the blame belongs to the manager. But if you really think he has so little impact why aren't you criticizing the board for paying him so much, and why would you be bothered if there was a change.
