I can't see how it's Hughton's fault.

He bought the players, he picks the team, he chose the coaches, between them they coach the players and decide the tactics. He motivates players. He decides when and which substitutions to make. So, clearly, it's NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH HUGHTON.
