I like to think that I've been fairly measured with my opinion recently, but.......

He absolutely must go now. Whether today's result was down to the manager or not is a point for debate, however with Hughton in charge we will not recover from that. We need someone in who can lift the dressing room (no, I don't think he's lost the players) and fans and change things around to give us a fighting chance. We clearly have the personnel as indicated by the last 20 minutes today, but Hughton will never set a team up like that from the outset as long as I have a hole in my arse, and that's the problem.

Lovely bloke, but give us someone else who will give us a fighting chance. Lennon would be the man for me, he has a decent amount of experience and success (albeit in Scotland), but more importantly will have a point to prove i.e. he can cut it in the Premiership, and he has a nasty streak. Not desperately bothered who it is though, just someone else!

We need someone who will give us a chance of picking up 15 points in that 7 game run from Villa through to Fulham, but ideally from the West Ham game onwards.
