waiting until 75 minutes to make a change when losing a must win game?

Look at how we played when we got at them. First 20 all over them with their defence all over the place. We sit back and do nothing again until the changes are made. It's too late! Why not make them 15/20 minutes earlier? We'd have probably taken something from the game.

They were absolutely there for the taking today and we've lost. Again.
