I read in one of the mofo or metro articles that something like 19 of the 20 teams a couple of weekends back played with a variation of 451. ie in possession its 433 or 4231 or 4321 but when not its 451.

We are getting DICKED ON every game we play 442 against half decent oppo. Its not helping wolfy or hooper.

We looked best with fer/tettey/howson in the middle.

Having said that Johnson just chases shadows and is constantly moved out of position, Tettey on the other hand reads the game and blocks allowing us to be more progressive as he provides a platform. Johnson is not the answer an in some ways him getting sent off could be a blessing!!

44 f**king 2 is a Neanderthal formation in this league.

BUT Hughton has to change during a game when we are quite clearly so overrun! He is so slow to react....

at least he isn't one to panic I guess ;-)
