What is of concern is that it seems a common theme amongst the players not getting game time that they all say that Hughton has not really spoken to them about it. Just adds to the feeling that hes not great at keeping players outside the starting 11 happy. if true then its poor man management to me. Both Holt and Hoolahan also put in their requests after face to face meetings with Mcnally which suggests he takes a pretty hard line with players.

If we get a proper offer then I don't begrudge Wes a move but not to Aston Villa and not for anything less than 4 or 5 times what Villa have offered.
