As I recall, the issue of the coaches was raised when McNally came to a Trust meeting.

There was IIRC a view that we were lacking in "offensive" coaches. This lead D McN to praise Paul Trollope (no mention of the other. He also said that Hodgson, who he rates very highly as a manager, always said at Fulham that his role was not to improve the skills of his team as they were taken as read. His job was to improve their powers of concentration through 90+ minutes.
I have always thought that this is one of the problems the current team shows. They turn off too quickly.
