That the issue. Technically Fer is superb. His decision making

isn't, and this only comes with maturity and experience. I rate the lad, but at 24 he needs to be able to cut all the dozy s**t out of his game or else we'll be the pinnacle of his career until he moves sideways/down at age 27 or so having never reached his peak.
