I've long thought not, but recently come to doubt myself.

But, getting to that from what I've written below is a failure of logic. Nothing about one of Bucks' hydras being on the Scum List tells us anything about any of the other hydras. Or anyone else who may or may not be a hydra.

I was put off considering Sotoncanary as a Bucks simply because it is a very very old username. Pre-Bucks vintage. But that's the only evidence to support that idea, and it's entirely circumstantial. It's perfectly possible that the "person" posting as Bucks also owns the Soton account. That would very well explain him acting like a utterly horrific c**t much of the time, engaging in very Buckslike behaviours, very very transparent trolling, and turning very infrequent visits over the last few years into an almost daily presence, just at the same time as Bucks is being more and more recognised and reviled. Or it could just be a different trolling c**t, who knows? Anyhoo, I have them both on ignore, so only very rarely notice that they're about.
