we were massively over achieving under Lambert given the squad and our resources. We are arguably still over achieving.

Villa have hugely underperformed since O'Neill, and still are under achieving given their squad.

Wage bill is seen as a good guide of where a team should finish. Last season Villa had the 7th highest in the league, we were 18th I think.
