I don't think we can play a system in the prem to accommodate him

The diamond worked in league one, but we don't have the players to make it work in the squad
That's about the only system or position we can play him in
If we do play that way I'm interested to hear people's teams, coz I can't see one in which we wouldn't be sacrificing some of our better performers to fit Wes in
