Get the smoked Paprika that is in a small red tin

and don't put chorizo or chicken in the paella.
Bung in some prawns, sqiud and frozen peas.

To make the stock, use some of that there dirt cheap frozen Alaskan pollock then break it up afterwards and bung it in too.
