My take on all of this is he's the right manager at the wrong time and

we prob need a change to lift the place and shut up the moaners (not saying you're one) but it has to be an appointment to unite ala Bergkamp Bielsa or Udinese guy type and not a Malky because a lot don't want him and will jump on him first bad result.
