I'm not sure.... he took control of a sinking ship at Villa

We were still on the rise when he left us. I don't think he has signed particularly well for Villa, and he seems to be stuck in a tactical rut there as well.

I think Hoot has signed very well for us. But I don't think he gets the best out of the squad by any stretch.
