I think you are confusing good form with a slightly better than average run of results

We have not shown anything like good form for all of this season. not one game where you came away thinking "we looked good today" or "we played really well and deserved that."

Such is life under Hughton. Score early and we sit back. Concede early and we are screwed. Keep it tight and we might nick it. Opposition never put out of sight. Do just enough to keep ourselves outside the bottom 3 but always at risk of being sucked into it as I suspect will be the case after we lose to Man U and play for a draw at Palace.

No doubt after we lose to United we will be told that its unfair to sack someone for losing at home to Man U and so this endless cycle continues on and on.
