That's a rather odd stance to take

Will he still be a great manager if we go down? You'd have to be pretty confident to say that that's not even remotely possible. My main gripe with the outers is that they see things in black and white, and that losing a game means that replacing the manager is the only logical thing to do, but saying that is just as bad.
