Is it easy to put together a Spotify playlist and make it publically available somehow?

Just that I have spent the last 5 or so years gradually putting together the ultimate, never-to-be-bettered, Christmas playlist. And it's now so good I feel I ought to share it, for the good of humankind or suffen.
