Well given that I understand this particular event
could approach the levels of the 1953 flood, particularly along North Norfolk, and there are ongoing critical response meetings in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex as we speak, I might venture to suggest that this is more than just 'bad weather'.
But thanks for dismissing my heads up nonetheless.
