History of the Becchio situation as I understood it

Early last season rumours re Holt & Morison. Holt playing.

January window we fail to get Hooper and RVW on pre - contract til new season.

Warnock thought he wanted Morison and didn't want Becchio so a deal was done.

Kamara came in so immediately Becchio third choice.

In summer Hooper and RVW sign with Holt leaving and a late replacement by Elmander. Suddenly Becchio drops from third choice to fourth.

Seems to me Becchio was simply a convenience move to get rid of Morison.

Just can't understand how he was so prolific in Championship.
