Buying a phone question

I pay ?13 as for a 1gig + calls deal for Gemma, now a sim only contract. She has my old Iphone 3GS which is falling apart, slow. Much like me and the wingers of the football team I support.

She would like to stay with iphone and I?m Looking to buy a 4S refurbed on ebay for ?235 from a seller who has sold 000?s. Any deal on contract is around ?15+ more expensive per month so after 15 months it becomes much cheaper.

Seems the obvious thing to do, but is there a catch or any way I could do it cheaper?
