maybe not, who knows?! I can only talk of my experience with the dozen or so, who dont know each other. I also know about a dozen police, similar pressures and they dont seem to moan unless I ask them a specific question.....the answer tends to involve a specific policy........similarly I know prob a dozen in the NHS......their cuts have possibly the largest impact..... none of them seem to moan and many of them agree theres too much red-tape, wastged money on non critical support stuff where cuts should be made and arent.....
