wow! 2 general assumptions in one go!!!!!

work as hard?? I drive some 1000 miles a week......most meetings mean 3-4 hours in a car, do 2 hours meeting, then 3-4 hours home...... that doesnt even consider the stress of the job or the responsability, thats JUST the commute.

This is normal for many many people in sales. Oh, if sales dont grow, you tend to lose your job....just to add to the stress!

We learn to be efficient, leaner, and work smarter rather than "harder" per say..... we also learn to employ strict time management.

I dont moan about my job as I know I'm some what privilaged and actually feel lucky to have it....... I "do" get down and have my moments, but then I rememebr what it was like serving 10 yrs in the forces, living on rations and living on top of a bloody freezing mountain for 4 months.... so I appreciate "real" hard work.
