Saw his games for city after he signed mid 70s
under John Bond. The Goodies song was out at the same time so he was known as Funky by the Barclay of the time. Powerful (actually a bit like Lee Power in style) on the ball and a useful player but thought he was a striker but better as attacking midfielder or playing off an out and out striker.
Had it in my head that he played for the scum at one point perhaps on short term loan....
