another point is its not that hard to set up a spreadsheet based on all 380 PL fixtures. You will know that you are pretty close if your predictive numbers closely match the major betting markets in terms of % W/L/D.

With millions at stake there are vast predictive resources being thrown at betting markets to try and find weak spots.

An obvious weak spot would be Man city who have had some bad results but are still obviously a great team. They may be underrated (as per your table) in the short term.
