couple of thoughts -

(1) I bet Hoots won't drop Bassong

(2) Hoots himself bears some responsibility for the lack of options in central midfield. We only have one injury there, don't we? Given his favourite formation, seems odd to have gone into the season with four strikers (with one spot up for grabs) and four central midfielders (with three spots).
