They may just not be quite there yet

There has to be a point where they, where any board goes from "he's the man" to "see you later".

It may be that a terrible result this weekend tips them over. It may be that a good result this weekend reassures them that their reluctance to sack him is correct.

Who knows? One thing is for sure though, we won't be getting any of that "he's got two games" bollocks that they announced re Worthington.
