Yeah

Two English blokes out on the piss in the Warmoesstraat (inadvisable late) left the pub at 3am and were offered drugs by some guy. They refused and, after "an exchange of words" the guy launched at them with a knife, killing one and seriously injuring the other.

He's still on the run as far as I am aware.

Normally if you say no, the guys will mutter and walk away to the next person. I would imagine that they didn't only say no, but ripped the piss a bit as well, which isn't the best idea.
