lown before the ball had crossed the line...he didn't apply the laws of the game. He was worried more about the brewing s**tstorm rather than the laws.

Now I'm starting to sound like pants... and his celebrity ref rants, maybe he has a bit of a point sometimes...or maybe the refs are pressurised by different bodies the FA and the union that they have no idea what to do in some situations
