Constructive dismissal is as good as a sacking

Hence subsequent legal proceedings resulting in out of court settlement. This is of course speculation on my part but I was of that opinion at the time and haven't changed it since.

Lambert would have got us relegated last season by trying to play attacking football without the players to pull it off. Villa did worse than us with better players and will finish below us again this year in my opinion. How he has managed to lose 4 home games with the squad he has is beyond me.
