what we need is far more 'big' countries f***ing up their groups and going into the playoffs (not us hopefully). Of course with the Euros being expanded to 24 teams the statistical sample is actually likely to get even less frequent since odds are the top two in each group should qualify automatically and the big boys shouldn't have any problems...
