I heard the editor of the Sun in Scotland or whatever it is over the weekend - the guy who wrote the story.

He said that the player who was in the dressing room called him with it. ie it wasn't some third party / club mate.

Of course, he might have been bulls**tting completely. But he was adamant and very clear that it was an England player (and that said player is peed off that Townsend has subsequently said he wasn't offended). I suspect the secret pro doesn't really know what he's talking about on this one.
