No one told me to take them, it just seemed like a good idea to help

lower chlorestorol. Seems like I was wrong. Anyway, my slightly high chloresterol is almost certainly genetic rather than diet induced.
I take daily Linseed on cereal (to help with IBS) and eat a reasonable amount of oily fish so prob get more than enough Omega3 anyway
