Start reducing the season ticket cap now?
Haven't looked down the board to see what others have said so apologies if someone has already said this.
If we are serious about rebuilding city stand and there is not enough space in the rest of the ground to accommodate the existing STs, then we should probably start reducing season ticket numbers ASAP.
I think the club have said there is a certain number of STs each year that do not renew, so don't reoffer these to new people until we get down to low enough numbers.
This also has the benefit of freeing up more tickets for casuals and get more kids in the ground for the next generation of supporters.
