Well, Good and Bad
Good:
Pressing the ball so much better and as a result playing higher
Midfield three works really well together but need one of them to be able to thread a pass
Pilkington and Olsson want the ball and get foward well
Bad:
Snodgrass and Martin offering nothing down the right, Redmond and Whitaker for me
Ricky never touches the ball. He's gotta be wondering
what he got into
