The analysis about the Fer shirt holding irritates!

Until such a time that referees stamp down on ALL shirt pulling and every occurrence is a foul (in and out of the box) then why did Sky have to make it such a contentious issue? I watched MOTD2 last night and it was happening all the time at corners in the Liverpool Sunderland game with barely a mention. In the adherence to the rules every time a shirt is pulled its a free-kick and a penalty in the box but the vast majority are ignored by the refs so don't start over analysing when 'lucky' Norwich are not penalised.
