there weren't THAT many calls for him to be sacked, and were those calls, based on 2013 as a whole, any more daft than your own insistence that any game in which we aren't awful shows definite signs of the second coming of Rinus Michels?

At least the Outers aren't calling people morons. Not all of them, anyway, I must admit I haven't checked. I've never been an Outer, myself, apart perhaps from a few hours on some Saturday evenings: I've always been a Surely He Has To Do Better Than This, And Does He Ever Change ANYTHING-er. But the premature crowings of some of the Inners grates on me a lot more than the pemature dread of some of the Outers.

In short: could you just tone it down a bit please?
