State achievements or what you learnt, skills developed, contribution etc
they will figure the rest out based on those facts and upon meeting you no doubt
i would always recommend never using humour in a formal job application (except in person and even then be very careful!! In case it backfires, and depends a lot on the level of rapport you've built up with the interviewers) unless the job is one which requires humour as a KEY job requirement
