Here's the story as I understand it (it's second-hand anecdote so...)
Originally that was the plan, yes. But it was going to add quite a bit of cost so Doomy quietly shelved the idea. However, since then the idea was mooted that it might be possible anyway. Now, it seems it's not possible.
I don't know if any of the above is true.
