i'm similar, when it comes to investing

i tend to look for beaten down equities which still have a future (less knowledgeable about commodities tbh, but anyone who rode the gold wave a few years back done very well for sure)

afterall everyone knows the market always over-reacts, and especially to the downside when fear kicks in

be greedy when the market is fearfull (and vice versa hey)
