Last season after the terrible start, he went and got Bassong.

He then used the two week international break to work with the team so that they came back and went on the 10 match unbeaten run.

I've been trying to think of a quote from a film - possibly money ball? - about how you're better off with an underachieving team that one that has played to its potential and won.

I have to hope that our team will come good and be the stars that we expect. It will make the film we make about our rise to winning the European Cup so much better!
