when you are concentrating on the (not unreasonable) point that we are only two games in to the season and that new players need time.

But all this stuff about chances created can only serve to back up an argument that suggests we played well, or at least well enough, on Saturday.

We didn't. We were absolutely f**king gash and absolutely everyone thinks that. Does this mean we will be gash for the rest of the season? Not necessarily.

But we WERE f**king gash.
