a lot of players take time to get used to a new club and build a rapport with team-mates. Iwan and doherty both needed a season before even starting to perform, and the same could be said about helveg, jonson and even safri. I think so many changes at the start of the season could well be one major 'contributing factor' to our poor start, what do you think?
