He was scoring against Chelsea and Manchester United. He's not the only player who will ever have some problem or other.

Fans *don't* know everything that happens off the pitch. It's a fact. We don't know about all the ego trips, injury niggles, character clashes, bloody awful music, eating fads, practical jokes, who's got a cold, etc.

There are situations where the club don't help themselves. Jason Shackell, for example, missed a few games with a dodgy back and/or the hangover of the mumps. Why not tell us this before the game? Jesus, Joe Ferrari is supposedly watching the boards, he knows what questions the fans are asking...why not answer some of them rather than trot out the next "we're about to turn the corner" release?
