See that is weird... I had Plusnet, admittedly in around 97, and switched
to BT, mainly because if you have aproblem you at least get to talk to the organ grinder, rather than the monkey.
The two times I have had probmes with BT, including this last week when my Broadband shrunk to a .4mb download, they have been excellent - two days after I reported the fault they have been digging the road up and rplacing int he cable.
