But it's like buying a bar of chocolate - you don't just go to a player shop and buy who or what you fancy - there's a hell of a lot of other factors to take into consideration...

MLJ for Holt - everyone agreed that was a good move, and he hasn't played enough to warrant judgement.

Hughes - half on here like him, half don't. I'm in the former.

Jarrett is the only obviously poor signing.

Thorne for Svensson - if Svenny wanted to go, we needed a replacement.

Colin has been inconsistent rather than poor.

And what about the players that were here last season that haven't lived up to expectations ? Ashton, Hucks, Leon, Drury, Shackell, Green ? You can't just blame it on Worthington's transfer policy.
